Hi!

No skimmers are ground units and don't get that much lift of the ground. Of course you might wonder why a AA gun could hit a unit doing a pop-up. That particular issue has to do with arc of fire. Most AA point upwards as befits their role. Skimmers that pop-up just present an opportunity target due to their hieght. Its another deal to try to shoot at a fliers screaming by when your preforming a quick manuever like a pop-up.

Skimmer that pop up can fire at fliers and floater in fly high?
