Its definately the alcohol, the mail you're referring to is at least a week
and a half old.
Your estimate of "a couple of days" simply shows that you've entered some
sort of
time lapse state, where your mind confuses recent events with events that
happened
some time ago. This is most unfortunate, as i have to deem you untrustworthy
when
it comes to decisions regarding rule changes. So sorry ;)
