You are correct, this was ruled later, not at the time of 4.1. Also we
need to come up with detailed tables since it seems that's what people
use for super heavies, then knights need them too.

This isn't really represented in the rules, where it even
says "Tank" on the Superheavy Damage Table.
It should also state Superheavy/Knight i think.
