Even codex chapters have one entire _company_ trained in bike use. Even the Dark Angels have one _in addition_ to the Ravenwing. The White Scars are practically a bike chapter.

Disagree; allowing a marine chapter one bike company would not take anything from either White Scars or Dark Angels. However, this subject will be voted on when the time comes to revise the Imperial armylist. The majority will then (hopefully) speak.
