Eldar Knights vs. Titans in CC

Heya,

Question: If multiple Eldar Knights engage in CC with a Titan and one
scores a hit with its psychic lance, is the reduction in the Titan's
CAF used when units other than the inflicting Knight attack within
the same round. Also, are multiple psychic lance hits cumulative?
