HQ again

Hi!!!!

There's long time since I open mailbox, and when I read all idea about HQ
units and I wonder when the thing become so complicated!!! In my little
perfect world (^__^) HQ targeting should:

1) You can target HQ if it is the closest target avaible of the same
pinning class.

2) You can target a HQ if there are'nt any onther target of same pinning
class in a range of 15 cm
        ( I think that a open ground HQ should not gain any advantage bonus)

3) You can target HQ if you have assigned at least one dice to every closes
avaible target of the same pinning class. You CANNOT assign more dice to HQ
than ither targets

4) You cover the HQ with a barrage centered on another minis.

5) The HQ are alone into a building.

That's all.

I don't like spotting roll (rule of "9", a 6+ for spotting) since are
nearly impossible.
I don't like give them armor save immodifiable since I don't find any reason.
I don't like complex rules!! ^____^
