I was just about to say, at least for Orks, they have
a better chance of crossing it at full throttle!

Even if they are going at Full throttle (charge orders? red paint job etc)
there is still going to be a certain amount of time taken for the tyres
tracks etc to bite into the far side of the trench and pull the vehicle over
that and in most cases some caution would be required to prevent the axle
from snapping under the strain. which would easily be represented by the
reduced move as opposed to a random chance of mishap.

Also for the Razor wire any enclosed vehicle would be able flatten razor
wire simply due to its weight. After all it is just a load of barbed wire
strung along a series of stakes to prevent the easy access of infantry to a
certain area.

I'm not sure about the deathroller working against mine fields like a
bulldozer blade as the bulldozer blade would bounce the mine away from the
tank as it digs it up and the bulldozer blade is relatively superficial but
the deathroller would have the mine blow up directly under the machine
wrecking what in most cases is the vehicles front "wheels"
