Question to the list - what's the thing to do when I'd like to continue a
discussion (the one about fliers) but we've moved on to army lists?

Peter Ramos asked me to write up my flier rules a little more formally, and
I've done so. It's a 75k file formatted for Word-2000, and if anyone wants
a copy please send me email directly, not through the list. Thanks.
