We're still talking about that. I've put up my 'Proposed Flier, Skimmer &
AA rules' in the Files section, and I think whatever we come up with will
be going into the optional section.

As far as advanced rules go, Peter mentioned separating the rules into Core
and Optional - no Advanced section. Peter?
