Nor should they! Eldar should always field the WindRider host,
Not all of them having then wind rider host cheaper almost forces people to
go Saim Hann type army which I think is wrong. There should equal incentive
to field an army from the other Craftworlds like Iyaden or Altioc.
At the moment I agree with Peter we need to split the Eldar up along
Craftworld line like the SM chapters were to increase the differences
between them by restricting the amounts of certain types of cards available.
Say give Saim Hann greater access to jet bike and vypers but lower access to
Vibro cannons an other stationary pieces of ordinance. With something
similar to represent the other Craftworlds preferences.

I can't think of any overpriced units at the moment...... But of course
overpriced units should represent something special to an army, somthing the
shouldn't have to much of!!!!

Yes, but the problem is, the underpriced units will be put to use all the
time (i doubt a lot of eldar armies does not use the wind riders, or squats
without their praetorians) since you get more troops for those points than
the enemy does, and you can thus deny him victory points.
WHile noone would use an overpriced unit unless it posses something quite
unique for your army.
