Yes everything, and so? he have it's preferred army and I'm sure He knows
every pro and cons of those little subset, as others in this list has it
I play most with Eldar and marines but also tyrannids, Orks, chaos, IG, TG
and Squat, the only race i never tried is, i think, necrons and tau.
for this reason I spek firmly about Eldar and marines and i only give my
point of view for other races.

Not to be playable, it' just this race peculiarity, what gives this race a
different flavour, WRH isn't half priced in Eldar context, Want to knows
eldar weakness? point cost (for quite everything) low break points, fragile
units, few command units, few large company cards, lack of heavy firepower,
fragile Titans.
But I'm not moaning for this weaknesses, 'couse my style of combat can take
advantage from Eldar Army pro and cons, I know my race and I know my foes
this is the real secret to win: know your foes.

As I said above a great Chaos general can take advantage from this, ask
Peter if he think Chaos is a weak army.
