I checked out your analysis of the Imperial/Eldar and
Ork units. It is well done and one can see a lot of
time went into it. One thing I noticed just at a quick
glance because I play Orks and Space Marines was the
Land Raider was the same cost for both armies. In 4.1
(all the way back to Space Marine) there is a 50 point
difference. This difference is because of the Ork
command rule. The IG chain of command rule also
restricts units as well. Is this factored in or are
the raw numbers for all races the same for like units?
If I were an Eldar player I would be hating this
analysis. I play squats too, and I can forsee the same
conclusion. This is why Squats give up more VP's or
why IG tend to have large clumsy armies and Eldar
sleek fast attack groups--the numbers aren't always
going to support this.
Don't get me wrong I am not putting down your hardwork
and dilligence. I don't know if this will be for
optional rules or for our reading pleasure that you
put your time into, but nonetheless it is interesting.
