There's no mention of it in the Tyranid or Chaos lists. In case of multiple wound critters this would mean that people would have to keep track of how the wounds were inflicted in them. Slann or Necrons don't have any such critters, but Tyranids do. I've yet to see something requiring bookkeeping to gain any support whatsoever in this list...
