Perhaps it would be better to give them a better CAF value to represent the
"value" of having a shield???? But if they have a shield would they still
have a boltpistol????

Come to think of it, I wouldn't give the BT troops a save in CC. As stated,
if terminators do not get one why should someone toting a shield get one?
