i am not so sure, because shoots from flyers don't give malus on armour
save ,but hit veicles from above .The rules says "the top armour value
is the same of the side one" so i can say that if i have a 3+ a.s. all
around i have a 3+ on the "top" of the veicle.

but you must put the order counter (the ff one) and the rules dont't
say when shoot.
