Agreed!

As for the cost..... hmmm, 50 for a vindicator or Predator a 100 for a Leman
Russ, Full price for a super heavy...... Free for horse, bike or
sentinel...... For horse and bike his weapons and caf remain the same as for
the infantry stand. Sentinel and upwards (How about mounting him in a land
speeder) he recieves the vehicle weapon, but keeps his CAF. Superheavies, he
gets the tank stats.

OK by me, but then a cost increas would be in order. How much?

I would also consider this a "full" commander with all the usual benefits. I
would also there make a limitation and only allow it to be attached to one
tank-detachment just as the bike and horses.
