[OT] IG Unit costs

I've actually got rather a lot to say about Imperial Guard unit costs,
detachment composition, special units and more. Unfortunately I've also got a
thesis to finish in 2 weeks and defend in mid-November. After that I'll be out
of college (and out of a job) and have lots of free time, but 'till then I'm
afraid you won't hear much from me.

So to quote Arnie... "I'll be back."
