Hi!
Some time ago (net epic 3.0) it was decided that the squats needed their
"own" APC's and tanks. We came up with quite a few:
Ironshield- heavily armored APC, slow but has the armor of a land
raider.
Ironhammer- MBT, like all squat vehicles, very slow but heavy firepower.
Retributor- specialized heavy tank for siege warfare.
Hellfury- basically a super heavy APC, imagine a baneblade that carries
troops.....
Hearthlord- super heavy tank with a HUGE gun.
Behemoth- new praetorian with a squat super-secret weapon- a rail gun!

No worries. I didn't buy GZG from GEOHEX for the same reason unless they
were having a sale. I did buy a huge lot of 6mm terrain (Old microarmor
buildings and the like) back in the early 1990's though. The owner and
his
wofe are nice people, but they're in business.
I didn't think about MAATAC as Squat proxies. Interesting. Would you
please
write me more about the Squat Superheavies (ARe there new ones or just
the
old ones?)?

Thanks. I like their terrain but I know why they lost the GZG line. They
were too expensive for US customers. I ordered once from them and then
learned and ordered direct, that I saved 40%, which included shipping
from
the UK. Anyway I will check them out because they are proxies for the
new
squat super-heavies.
