I have Returned and CHAOS IS MOVING!!! WOW!

Hi to all.
The last time that I have been on netepic, a stagnant situation was
in progress about the chaos weapon for chaos marines and animosity
for chaos gods.

Now in main Message page i see a mesage from peter with title: "[5.0]
Chaos revision ends"

it is really the end ? are there two codex, one for CSM and one for
chaos daemons ? is the file "05 Chaos Army Book v5C.pdf" the last
chaos codex ?

The "NetEpic Core Rules v5.1.zip " is the final core rules?

I must see all the last three weeks pages of post to understand the
actual situation ? I think... but i hope in a fast and brief
summary ;)
