Not as far as I know:
Lord of Battle: 2 fixed weapons plus 2 from a 4-weapon list. The origional cost was 500 points, but that was before you had to pay for weapons.

Banelord: a Warlord (4 weapons) plus a tail, may choose from the Chaos and Imperial titan weapon list
