Chaos Various

I'll put all my impression on chaos argoments:

1) I like very much Yar's animosity, but prefer Peter's rule.

2) Banelord should cost 800, have fixed weapons and tail

3) Only LoB can have LoB's weapons, IMHO, same for banelord.

4) Daemon Engine, I'd like the division by power and think "nurglini" is great.

5) Generally speaking I'm with weasel, Chaos should have oldest tech and
tentacles.
