Well Wes, I absolutely LOATHE the new bases. I use GW's 20mm fantasy
bases or use Darius's fine idea for square bases.
It doesn't make any difference in epic 40k or Epic A, but I think it
does in net epic due to the way close combat works. Its not a major
thing though.
In the end the only criteria for basing is what YOU like.

I am now starting to put my army together and need to know what if
any is their in base size when it comes to the rules? I.E. Barrage
templates work differently...
I like the old 20x20 bases...but the new long bases seem to be here
to stay and with the release of Epic Armagedon comming out I dont
want to screw myself. Hell I just might stay with Netepic rules only
and not sweat it...still the same help and info would be appreciated.
