There are some good UK companies which are dirt cheap too, Irregular
Miniatures are well priced and Pendraken are also mean't to be good.
If you want historical, then I-Kore does very nice mini's at a cheap price,
and I can get you a nice 20% discount if you go through the EPICentre :).
