[5.0] About army books revisions

Unfortunately, at this moment I cannot keep up with the revision in a day by
day evoultion, so I have to figure out which version (or perversion, uh,
what a bad joke...) of the rules is discussed. As I was reading all this
topic on the core rules & army books being too fastly updated without
polling (as that is more or less what I understood) I have a proposal for
Jar to soften a bit the problem:

why don't just keep a SMALL log on each army book and core rules stating
changes added, modified or supressed in each new version? not anything
really big, just "added new flier rules, modified X unit, supressed special
rules for Y, etc...). A small .txt file would be more than enough, so
everyone could follow up any changes without having to revise the whole
file.

Well, that was my 2 euro cents about it.

BTW, when is (aprox) scheduled the start of the Squat revision? I have made
some codex armies, new rules & some new units (still polishing though) to
add and some modifications.
