Yup, a table beats the floor any day. I guess it depends what size
battle you normally play. If you rarely pass 4000 points, I think 4x4
feet is good. More than that and it gets cramp.
 
My 9x6 foot table accommodates around 12000 points before it gets real
full. Anything more than that you need two tables.

Actually I'm getting to the point where a "small" dinnertable sounds
much better than crawling along on the floor!!!! (Guess age is catching
up) Anyway for a 3000 - 4000 point battle 8x4 feet is more than enough
space!!!!!

You are correct in it being "small" it's my dinner table, although it
does measure 8x4 feet!
 
My two real gaming tables, put together are 9x6 feet.

Hi!
Since we are doing the Squat revision now, I have uploaded some pictures
of
the most recent battle we had, Squats vs Space Wolfs.
Its not a battlereport, just some pictures with written comments. After
two
round of battle, we decided that the Squat won, calling it a tactical
victory or something.
I have compiled the pictures into a word document. You will find it in
the
files section under the image-folder.
