Well, there is no consistency really.....
They are different barrage weapons, much like some squat barrage weapons
give you 6 barrage points while others grants you 8 (and perhaps have the
destroys buildings special ability)....

I fail to see the consistency of this, the mantismissile are less effective,
but more effective??
I would suggest making it the same weapon, with the same strengths and
weaknesses.
