Big/small

I got a Leviathan on eBay the other week, and when I put it next to
my other minis I realised how small it is.

How on earth can it carry THIRTY infantry stands when it has a
smaller footprint than an Ork Gibletgrinda???

Or was there a second, revised (and bigger) Leviathan mini issued at
some point?
