Slaan Allies

What's the 4.1 rule on this? Version 3.0 allowed 25% from Imperial, Eldar or Orks, then 4.0 & 4.1 took that section out. Since everyone else is now allowed 25% allies, I propose the following:

The Slaan count as a Codex army, but as they have been recruiting from all the younger races they may pick more than one race as allies. You must put at least 50% of your points into Slaan units (any of the ones in this book), and may put the other 50% into any number of Standard Lists other than Tyranids. Each ally must satisfy the army construction rules (one Special and five Support Cards per Company), and you may not mix and match cards between army lists.

This way, nobody can take Slaan as an ally - if you want to field Slaan you've got to put at least 50% of your points into 'em, but you can then field Marines, Orks & Eldar as allies. I figure inter-army rivalries would be taken care of by Slaan indoctrination, but you'd still have to deal with intra-army problems like Chaos Animosity, IG Command Radius and Ork instincts. Opinions?
