My original Crimson Suns rules in the incoming 11 did not have
the "moral high ground" -rule at all, just a mention in the fluff
that the CS officers are expected to be proficient in the philosophy
of war as well as the craft of war.

I propose the "moral high ground" rule is just deleted.
