20$ for 32 plastic SM stands? Without bikes, robots, termies, commanders and land speeders? The last old SM plastic sprue I bought costed me less than 12$ and had those things... Even with the good exchange with euros the offer is awful.

Well, one thing I'm sure, the old SM Land Raider company which ALL SM players had with the plastic Land Raiders won't be seen anymore with new players. 30 $ four Land Raiders... 90 Dollars a company and transport for one detachment of termies. Who will pay that? Crazy people... Any other company can be found for good SM minis?

This price politic is the best politic for finishing zombie gamelines once and for all. There won't be a new SM after arrmaggedon.

Albert

  Hi!

Its all a sign of the current fad. Epic is GW's new "flavor of the month" so the once "good" deals you could get have pretty much shriveled up and gone.

On the positive side, at least there is an attempt from GW to keep producing the game and making new miniatures. we all benefit from this.

I just keep my fingers crossed that epic has enough "steam" to get a good amount of releases out. Of course a release schedule measured in years doesnt help.......

Hello to all! Yes the prices for Epic at GWUS is steep, especailly those of us that remember GWUS dumping it's Epic miniatures at rock bottom, near give away prices. The game will soon be released and 2004 prices have hit. Even Epic on Ebay the prices have gone nuts, 2 SM INF sprues for $26.00!? I used to play games from Avalon Hill and SPI (gaming giants of the 70's and 80's), go to their tourneyments, suscribe to all their magazines, I thought it would never end. And they are now gone. Cash is what makes business go. I hate paying the high prices but I hate the closing of my favorite game company more. Thanks, Ed Raith

      Hi!

I was pretty shocked too Maksim. I can understand the new cast being
more expensive to recoup the investment, but an old reaver 30 bucks? Old
epic40k sculpts more expensive than they used to be? Come on GW, I paid
from your own website 5 bucks for great gargants now FOURTY dollars.

      FW here I come!
