Could anyone tell me what has the Reaver mini new to cost 30$ ? This
miniature used to cost less than 10$ in the old days. I can believe it.
Nothing new is added and I don't know for sure, but US inflation has not
gone up to 300% in ten years, hasn't it?

Well, in the end is the WH / WH40K politic for minis, the game value (in
abstract sense, not the point cost) is added to the value of the miniature
to calculate the price. Hence, big heros cost a lot more than other
miniatures, even when they are smaller. I still remember the blister of a
thin female imperial assassin costing more than two black orcs... Old WH40K
Plastic Land Raiders used to cost less than old WH40K deredeo metal
dreadnoughts, which in turn costed something like 10$...
