I took some pics of an assembled Slann Titan that is in the vault under miniatures images at :

The model is an assault mammoth made by RAFM for Dream Pod 9 Heavy Gear. Although RAFM no longer makes it there were still many in stock and should be still availble from RAFM or hobby shops. It might be at a pretty good discount too.
