If you don't like the combination, all you have to do is refuse to play against it. No problems. But I'm not about to put in a core orks-vs-elves rule without a 60% vote. Even the Squat dislike of Eldar is an optional rule and we talked about that for a while. This 'no orks' is happening too fast and without any input from the weekend-only crowd.
