There hasn't been a requirement to buy aspect warriors to support exarcs ever since I started playing. Where's this from?

That works. I just want to have different names to differentiate the cards.

Nope - we doubled the TSM of both tremor and vibro cannons against structures only. They roll 2D6 for armor saves and we wanted something that would have a noticable effect on that. -3 TSM is quite enough for most normal (1D6) armor.
