True - I'd added that based on "void shields grant a 4+ Psychic Save" without considering that these aren't void shields. Drop the Psychic Save.

I don't want to duplicate the titan chassis-weapon format. These aren't titans and don't have a hit location template - you hit 'em once and depending on the dice they can go away. Also, the concept of the enemy not knowing how you've configured your units appeals to me.

True. How about replacing this with an anti-building weapon? Range 50, 1 die, 4+ with -2 TSM, -6 vs buildings?

I wanted to give the Tau player the option to surprise the opponent with another group or two of fliers. Keep in mind that the Flier option takes a hardpoint, so you've only got one card for weapons. And this card (either fliers or skimmers) should increase the base move to 30 cm.
