Absolutely. That's what the NetEpic is all about. And
that's why there is a long list of optional things.

Please do post them here. That is how many of the now
"official" races started. Slann and Sisters of Battle
being good examples. And our ezine (Incoming!) is
always hungry for submissions.

Well, there has for a ling time been a link from the
specialist games site to Epicentre so I'd assume they
have no problem with us doing what we do; as long as
we don't use their artwork or anything like that.
After all, Net Epic _is_ an incentive for people to
buy new GW minis while GW doesn't pay a penny for the
development/support.
