Talos and Chaos Thunderhawk

Another couple of notes/questions on Army books (what else to do when
Epicomms goes away for a while :^)

Eldar Army Book: Dark Eldar Talos - The Talos has a description and
stats, but there is no army card for it. Any idea how many in a
detachment and how much?

Chaos Army Book: Thunderhawk - The Thunderhawk Gunship has no listing in
the Chaos army book in either the Army Cards or Statistics sections. I
might have assumed this was deliberate, except that a Thunderhawk is
listed in the Sample Chaos Marine army. An ommission?
