Let me clarify the question - let's say that I shoot at a Titan or Bio-
Titan with one shields. Can I only take the Cyclops shot one time, or
can I shoot multiple times as if I was facing a titan with shields?

O.K. For a start, Bio-Titans have no shields. So if you shoot at a Bio-Titan, roll to hit as normal. If you hit with the Hellfury cannon, choose a location as normal and roll for scatter. The Bio-Titan then gets a save for that facing (Front, Side or Rear). If the Bio-Titan fails this save (very likely) then it takes one wound automatically. You then roll for a Critical Threshold for the location you hit. If you make this roll, then roll for Critical Damage, applying the Penetrating bonus for the Hellfury Cannon. That's it. The Hellfury cannon firing on a Bio-Titan is no different than any other weapon firing on a Bio-Titan.

Now, if you are firing at a target with only one shield, lets say a Warhound Titan for example then this is what you do. Roll to hit the target. If you hit, then the single shield goes down and you automatically hit the Warhound Titan. Now pick a location on the Warhound Titan and roll for scatter. If the shot doesn't scatter off the template, the location that is hit makes a save and if it fails, you roll for damage with the Hellfury's Penetrating +5 added. By the strict reading of the Hellfury rules, once the last shield falls the shot that took down the last shield automatically hits the target, no further roll is required.

Shooting at an unshielded target still requires a to-hit roll.

Does that help?
