Chaosorc Superstore

Have any of you had negative experiences with the chaosorc.com store?
I have had three purchases this year. The first two were perfectly
fine. The third and most recent was "lost" in the mail. Although he
provided a full refund, I was hoping to get the product not the cash.

I saw from this group, he had a blemished track record on ebay eight
years ago, but I have not seen any recent feedback. Just curious about
the experiences of other group members.
