Here are the eldar pyskers.
Warlock
Mindblast 25cm 4+
Pyschic lock 75cm 4+ can do nothing else that turn and for as long as they
are locking the unit.
Eldritch storm...moves unit randomly and can't do anything for rest of turn
Farseer (more powerful)
Mind Blast (same as above)
Precognitive Direction...can change friendly unit's orders one
direction..50cm
Coercion...can change enemy units orders one direction..50cm
Compare this to the Slann Magus & Great Mage who have 4 powers each whose
powers are quite easily the best in both range and effect. 125 pts for a
great mage and a magus gets a knight body. The warlock cost 125 and the
farseer 150 but they do get a falcon. Or look at the Squat's ancestor lord,
their most powerful psyker is costs 150 pts and he isn't as powerful as the
great mage and about on par with the warlock/Farseer. Look at the IG and SM
psykers and you will find they are costed properly.
