Hi everyone!

As Hellreich has expressed some concerns over the upgrade of various Titan
systems (namely the Multi-launcher), I thought I'd get a proper vote on it.
 No offense to you Peter (you do a great job with polling), but I'd like to
see everyone's vote.

Original (SM) Version:

100cm range, 8BPs (3+ to hit), 0 TSM, standard barrage template. 50points.


Upgrade version:

Shotgun Mode- 100cm range, 6BPs (4+ to hit), 0 TSM, Large barrage template.
Penetration Mode(oo, er)- 100cm range, 8BPs (3+ to hit), -1 TSM, Standard
barrage template. 75points.
