easy way to settle this is to treat it like a forward observer, he may not
be targeted at over 25cm but if you can see the rhino that comes with him
you may fire at it as normal. So if you are fool enough to put your bikes
next to your Titan then he will become an easy target, for now the
barrageing unit has a more accurate shot. Knowing the general location of
the Titan because of the bikes. AAHH easyly settled with one easy rule.
