Yes, finally.

Just a couple of reasons on why I'd like some of those units moved to
the optional book:
A) It helps both completely new players and old Epic players to get
more easily into NetEpic
B) Epic being... epic scale, I don't feel the need for zillions of
ultra-detailed units. We're talking about a 6mm game here, those
detachments represent hundreds of men or robots or whatever. Who cares
if robot #237 is equipped with gizmo-laser mark VII.b instead of mark
VIII?
By clearly defining the core units you can easily "split" the game in
two versions - the "essential" one and the "detailed" one. All you need
to do is decide which version you feel like playing this evening, and
choose units from the appropriate book(s). Hell, I would even remove
some of the gadzillions IG and Ork tank types. But that's just me.
