[NetEpic ML] Side Issue

Hi!

Reading through ancient messages (before I deleted about 10megs of them!), I
realized that one issue, although accepted bu the old discussion list, has
never been presented to this list.

Its a simple one.

I would like to standarize weapons in net epic as to range and to hit
number. This applies to universally used weapons such as bolters and such.
Net epic has too many heavy bolters with one range here and there and one to
hit here and there, same with some other weapons, but heavy weapons are the
main one.

I'd like heavy bolters to be 25cm range, 1 attack dice, 6 to hit, no
modifier.

Is this an acceptable generalization?
