I don't agree.
Walklers are good enough as they are. If they also can walk into rough
terrain they would be too powerfull vs infantry.
Let the walkers have good movement, and let the infantry have the rough
terrain.
(Nils and I have bossted the movement of dreadnoughts by +5 cm)

I agree, the walker ought to be able to walk into rough terrain. However, I
would suggest we don't allow them to charge into it, only advance!
