RE: [NetEpic ML] How to beat the Slann?

This sounds like a good idea as well. 25% of Necrons is easier
to accomplish than 25% of Slann.
But, i don't think we should reduce the Necrons power, AND
increase the cost. They are already very expensive, and if
we remove the regeneration ability in CC, reduce the nullify
field, remove the -2CAF ability unless in CC with a Necron
and specify that Necrons have to be 25% of the total, that
would be sufficient i believe. If not, we can always raise the
        cost later..

This is a good point and I would agree with the reduction
from 15cm to 5 cms
for the "to hit modification", further I would go so far as
altering the -2
CAF rule to only effect only those in CC with Necron bases.

If we increase the price cost of the Necrons and state that
25% of the Slann
army _must_ be made up of Necrons (there aren't may Slann
around IMHO).
Then this may alter the strength also.
