With the nullify fields and the good CAF of the infantry, in addition to 4
ranged attacks always on FF it is very hard to survive long enough to get
into CC.

The Mechs have CAF that is possible to overcome, but most likely you dont
survive when they fire at you before CC begins, and even if they do not
stand at FF-orders, they can just step away, as only nights can pin them.

If the best way to beat a slann Army is to hope that the Slann commander
leaves his best units at home, then the army is unballanced. It must be
better to reduce their effectiveness so the Slann commander can actually
field the units.

Well, that just anit found away to beat them yet, I've tested out 20 games
with only 14 wins.
1) when making a True Slann army you are only allowed 25% from the other
list like choosing allies ( so 1000pts of True Slann, you may take only
250pts from other list.
2) The Necron are very strong to be fair try to leave them at home afew
battles and see how well you do. Or field them by themselves. I tend to stay
away from the Necron for this reason, most don't or didn't like them to
begin with from 40k. I play that they do roll for regeneration in CC but may
be this should be changed, again try leaving them at home I know its hard
they are very tempting to play, but just till others find away to play
against them.
3) Disruptor missiles do ignor cover it is a radio signal of sort
4) the Slann can be beat, and beat very badly. They are not the type of army
you can sit back and shoot at. Your opponnet must move and move fast,
Slann's biggest weakness is CC, and once they find ways to get there you
will lose and lose big trust me. I once lost to the Orcks 45VP to 15VP.
5) It's all in fun and if they are poor sports and hate to lose then feel
free to make up some house rules for them. But I think if they play more
they will find the loop hole and beat your army.
