[NetEpic ML] Hello Everyone, I´m new at netEpic

I`m an ork player (epic40k) and just heard about net epic, I have recently
read the rules but I havent understood the army organization (detachments,
Clans, etc.) Can anybody explain me how to build an army?

another question, are there any army builder files for net epic?
