Re: [NetEpic ML] Hello Everyone, I´m new at netEpic
Hi!
In net epic the army construction is as follows:
1 You select a company card. A clan card and company card are the same, just
different names. These are your core forces, all army construction begins
with company/clan cards
2. For every company/clan card you may "attach" up to 5 support cards. These
represent smaller units that increase the strength of your core
company/clan. You may take one, two or up to five or none at all, it all
depends on your strategy and desire on how you want the army to look like
3. Special cards represent limited troops, usually of very specialized
troops. You may add just ONE special card for every company/clan card in
your army.
This are the basic steps to make an army.
You may note that I use the term "card" and wonder where and what they are.
In the original game all these cards came in the box. Each card showed you
with a representative silhouette of the units that made up a particular
card. All you had to do was follow what was on the card. The card gave you
the price of the unit.
Currently, we have not produced these cards for public use, mainly because I
am making them using original pictures for the cards, thus avoiding any
copyright issues with GW. This takes time of course, but prototypes have
been made and you'll get a glimpse soon.
For now at the end of every army list their is a summary of all the cards
with how many models each card is made up of with the costs and other
information. Use these in the meanwhile.
Note that orks, unlike other armies must maintain their clans and support
cards close together, since they act as very large mobs, not independent
units.
I hope this has helped and feel free to ask more questions.
