Well the way we play walls and rubble are still hard cover so -2 to hit, to move ovre walls and rubble is rough terain so follow rules for rough terain.

  Subject: [NetEpic ML] terrain question

I noticed that under the terrain section there are two types of terrain that made me wonder about a third type.

  1. buildings which give a -2 to hit modifier

  and

  2. barbwire and fences which need advance orders to cross and have no to hit modifier

what about walls or building rubble that forms wall that would be something between the two like requiring advance orders to cross and give a -1 modifier

also has anyone ever thought of addressing close combat modifiers?

thanks for the clarrification in advance
